Xbox Status update

Another update. My box made it to the repair center yesterday, but today it still didn't show up on the support page as having arrived. I was getting concerned and decided to call the support number. When I called, the automated phone service recognized my phone number (caller ID) and informed me that they received my Xbox yesterday and that it was currently being serviced. Pretty sweet! I didn't have to wait on hold, didn't have to speak to anyone...Nice and smooth.
