Ok, so I HAD my iPod Touch jail broken for ages. Created my OWN theme for it for Summerboard, had COOLER apps than what you see at the App Store (for the most part) and it worked great.
Then I caved, I said ya know what? I'm gonna restore it and go "legit", PAY (lame eh?) for the 2.0 upgrade... BUY apps that were otherwise FREE before and in the process of doing all this...... Give up my super cool theme.
Bad move, I am so bummed now. I am now stuck waiting for either the Pwnage tool to be updated to support the 2.0.2 firmware, or maybe Ziphone to be updated to work. Bur for now? I am kinda P.O.d at myself for BUYING into the App Store hype...how gay.

You're not completely SOL. If you Google around, you'll find the firmware for 2.0.1 out there. Downgrade to that and then go through the Pwnage process.
Sure, it adds another hour to the process but you'll end up with the best of both worlds.
I TRIED to downgrade to 2.0.1 via DFU mode and no luck, I ALWAYS get an error code when trying. I even went as far as trying to revert to iTune 7.5 (because you have to) in order to revert to an even OLDER firmware of 1.1.4 (I stayed w/ that firmware the whole time I was jailbroken)and that would error out. I have been trying to find out WHY I error out, but no luck, just that lots of other Touch owners get the same problem.
I'll just sit back and wait for the Pwnage tool to support 2.0.2..they can do it, I know they can.
BTW, you need to review Datacase.. I fuckin love that app!
