The bombs have been dropped........................

I just go tback from a manufacturing facility meeting. We were informed that there will be some changes as far as how many shifts we run. Currently (as has ben for the last 20+ years) we run two shifts. My shift is first shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 6a.m. till 3p.m. Second shift works Monday through Thursday from 3:30p.m. until 2a.m. First shift gets two 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. Second shift gets the same.

NOW we are going to be working from 6a.m. until 2p.m. with one 15 minute paid braek and a 20 minute paid lunch.
And we are also changing second shift to 5 eight hour days.
AND ADDING a third shift!
